We want you to love your Sol y Sal pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns 

• Returns are accepted on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags)
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned 


Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.


Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Please ensure items are securely packaged. Sol y Sal is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
